The American office has a place in this world, but it's not for everyone. That's why we started Justify. Justify is revolutionizing how people come to find and hire talented media pros. Here's how we're different than your typical studio or design firm:
- We don't have an office! You'll be working at your own home. It takes a spirited and independent person to be able to accomplish this, but we believe that people do their best work when and where they work best. If you work best at 7 a.m. with a cat in your lap and the windows open, who are we to ruin a good thing?
- The pay is above-par for young pros. Most places are glad to hire interns -- they're cheap, expendable and easy to hire and fire. Not at Justify. We believe that some of the best talent in the world lies within the young, creative brainpower of young professionals. If you're pursuing a degree or have a strong talent that you can demonstrate to us, we want to hear about it.
- No resume required. Resumes are useful, but not here. We like talent. Do something creative to show us your skills and you'll come a long way. Send us a video, send us your portfolio or if you really do like your resume, send us your creatively hand-crafted resume.
We do have a few requirements, though.
- Stay with us for as long as you feel the desire. Once you stop loving what you do, it's time to move on.
- To work with us, you have to keep polishing your skills. Never stop innovating.
- When you're not actively working on a project, you have to be actively working to secure new clients for Justify.
- You have to be insanely great at what you do. Whether it be design, development, videography, production or writing.
- It's not required, but it'd be helpful if you lived in or around Indianapolis, Indiana.
